{{Final
A fragmentation that results from the pair of electrons between the atom attached to the atom with the charge and an adjacent atom that moves to the site of the charge. This fragmentation involves the movement of the charge site to the adjacent atom. A radical is lost as a result of the fragmentation. The movement of a pair of electrons is symbolized by a double-barbed arrow.
