Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) - Two-stage mass analysis experiment, used to study the chemistry of selected ions or individual components in mixtures. Note from a reader:?????????????? Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS)
A generic term for the acquisition, study and spectra of the electrically charged products or precursors of a pre-selected ion or ions.
Mass Spectrometry-Mass Spectrometry (MS-MS) See MS/MS.

Pre-selected vs. m/z selected
Naito suggests "pre-selected", but I like m/z selected. I don't think pre-selected is any more clear than "selected." m/z-selected says what you are selecting.
